United Kingdom Delivery 🇬🇧
We offer FREE standard delivery on UK orders.
There is no additional standard delivery charge at checkout for eligible UK orders — we’ve built the cost of standard delivery into our product pricing.
How long will my UK order take?
Because our merchandise is made to order, please allow time for both production and delivery.
UK orders will typically arrive within approximately 3–15 working days after your order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
United States Delivery 🇺🇸
We also offer FREE standard delivery on US orders.
Many orders can be fulfilled from facilities closer to the delivery destination, although the fulfilment location can vary depending on the product, size, availability and destination.
How long will my US order take?
US orders will typically arrive within approximately 5–9 working days after your order is placed, including production and delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, public holidays, fulfilment times or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Where Will My Order Come From?
Pass The Pop merchandise is made to order and produced by our fulfilment partners.
Depending on the product and delivery destination, orders may be produced and dispatched from different fulfilment locations.
This allows us to produce products when they’re ordered rather than holding large amounts of pre-made stock.
Ordering More Than One Item
If you order multiple products, they may occasionally arrive separately if they’re produced at different fulfilment locations or require different production processes.
You won’t be charged additional standard delivery fees simply because your order is split into multiple shipments.
Other International Orders
We may also offer delivery to selected countries outside the UK and US.
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country where applicable. These charges are outside Pass The Pop’s control.
Where Is My Order?
If your estimated delivery period has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Please include your order number when contacting us so we can locate your order as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because our products are made to order and can enter production quickly, we can’t guarantee that delivery details can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
